I walked into the store hoping to find a „not to expensive” mattress. The one that I wanted was no longer in stock in the store, but the employee quickly called the other stores nearby and found one that had one in stock. It was close by, already packed and ready to take home. Very quick, nice employees, great assistance.
Victor knew a ton. I didn't feel pressured to buy a certain mattress and he really listened to the needs of myself and my partner who have really different preferences. We went on Labor Day so the discounts were great too. I had never bought a mattress from Mattress Firm but if we ever wanna upgrade I plan to come back. Trying out > buying direct online.

Purchased a mattress, bed frame, and boxspring today. Marc Anthony (yes like the singer) is one of the best sales professionals I’ve worked with across any industry. Marc is attentive, personable, and freakishly knowledgeable about all things mattresses and Chicago. Fully expected a used car salesman experience - however working with Marc is closer to catching up with the hilarious kid from high school who now runs a YT channel with 2M subscribers.
