Experience in the shop was great. Good customer service. However, had a delivery window today where no one showed. When I called, the driver told them I’d refused the order which obviously didn’t happen. The time they stated someone refused it, I was outside and no mattress trucks were outside. So either the delivery driver can’t navigate or they chose to skip me over entirely. Either way, I as the customer get the short end of the stick. Victor was very helpful and helped me make all the right decisions while staying within my budget. Great selection and never felt rushed while I was there. Would definitely recommend!
I walked into the store hoping to find a „not to expensive” mattress. The one that I wanted was no longer in stock in the store, but the employee quickly called the other stores nearby and found one that had one in stock. It was close by, already packed and ready to take home. Very quick, nice employees, great assistance.
Victor knew a ton. I didn't feel pressured to buy a certain mattress and he really listened to the needs of myself and my partner who have really different preferences. We went on Labor Day so the discounts were great too. I had never bought a mattress from Mattress Firm but if we ever wanna upgrade I plan to come back. Trying out > buying direct online.
