We had just left another place that wouldn’t work with us. When we stepped into Mattress Firm we were greeted and assisted immediately. We told him what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend and he took us right to the mattress we bought. We highly recommend them!!!!!
Clean show room. Very nice and professional. He was not pushy at all. He answered our questions and let us take time to look around. We left and went to other places in the area to look but ended going back to Mattress Firm. Everything went smoothly.
Oh yeah! Let me braggggg on Larry aka Red Beard was very knowledgeable and courteous. Listened to our needs and recommended what he thought would suit our needs. We currently own a Temperpedic that met our needs 8 years ago ( firm). We're in our70's now and physically our needs changed. He recommended the Hybrid. We can't wait to get a goodnight sleep. We bought our King mattress here during the Labor Day sale. Everything was smooth and went well at a good price. We are very happy with our bed. The king size had to be delivered but we got free delivery, even out of town.
Aaron was great. He was able to take care of me over a phone conversation so I could get my bed accessories ordered and on their way to the store. I appreciate how knowledgeable he was and friendly too. Great experience
