Excellent experience at Mattress Firm. Larry was a great salesman, explained all the various benefits of each memory foam mattress to me. I then went to 3 other stores but came back to purchase the ones at Mattress Firm! Thanks Larry for your help!
Well, Larry was not just a great salesman, he was an encyclopedia of knowledge regarding mattresses! Ultimately, I decided to go with the holy grail by purchasing a Tempur-Pedic Hybrid. But he didn’t try to sell me this one outright, he started with the most basic of cooling mattresses and let me decide on what was most important to me and my bottom line. Hoping the delivery and installation go smoothly as well!
Mattress Firm is awesome. Went in the store to check out which one was a fit and left with 2 mattresses. They got delivered this evening and the delivery guys were so nice. Everything went absolutely perfect. Buying, getting delivered and all communications. Highly recommend!!
