Our sales agent Edison was very helpful. And it was low pressure. We tried a large furniture store but a salesman tried to swoop down on us the minute we entered . Edison let us take our time testing beds and come to him when we found what we liked.

Elizabeth is amazing! I rarely read reviews but I had read a review before I went in and specifically asked for her, so glad I did and she was able to make time for us. She was so so sweet when my husband and I had to bring our little kids in. She helped them set up camp with their toys and such on the best mattress the store had! She diligently helped us try out different mattresses, make the specific purchases we needed and even more, went above and beyond to help us with financing and delivery options. Our salesman, Edison was great to work with. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and not pushy or pressuring. He was able to find a creative solution to keep my purchases near budget. It was my first time buying from “The Mattress Firm.” My experience here was stellar and I’ll likely return.
