Had an issue with my 3 year old mattress. The online process to warranty left some concerns but as soon as it was approved I went into the store to get a replacement. Jacobie was amazing!!! Give this man a raise!! He helped resolve the warranty issue while honoring the price I paid for it even though it was on a discount when I bought it. He made the whole process super easy and smooth and I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new mattress, go to this store and ask for Jacobie!
