Mattress Firm has me as a customer now, best prices, Alex was great, knowledgeable and professional. I'll go back. I live in West Jordan, but went to the west valley location cuz it was by my work, ended up buying my mattress there.
The service we received was excellent. Our salesperson Alejandro was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us get the right mattress we were looking for, and I highly recommend this store if you’re looking to buy a new mattress.
Our experience today was great. Was greeted by Alejandro and found exactly what we were looking for. They were able to schedule next day delivery and I like that there is a few month trial period if we don't like the mattress. Very good experience and the person who helped us was very personable and great!
