Was greeted by Big Ben Towner when I walked through the door. He was extremely knowledgeable about Mattress Firm products & showed me exactly what I was looking for. After looking at a couple of queen mattresses, I found the one suited for me. Mattress Firm on Sunset provides great service.

Big Ben was very sweet, knowledgeable and patient with us while we tried different mattresses until we found the one we liked. Although I was disappointed that I couldn’t purchase the vibrating base, I’m still very happy with my purchase. Can’t wait to receive it.
