Richard was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He started by ensuring our proper comfort levels and I really appreciate that because most of the time the first question out of any salesman's mouth is how much money are you looking to spend. Because he got our comfort levels first he was able to sell the value of a mattress based on what we need as opposed to what we can "afford" & that is true salesmanship! I'm not one to give five star reviews on Google. But I have to say that my experience with Mattress Firm was very good. I went into the store thinking I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a mattress. My sleep expert, Richard, was excellent in helping me make a decision on buying my mattress. I waited to make this review because I wanted to try the mattress as well. He picked a wonderful mattress to fit my needs. Great experience. We were able to try different mattresses and pillows, and the salesman helped us to save money, which was a huge concern. We both feel very grateful for his help and are excited for the bed to get delivered!
