Excellent customer service
Avoid like the plague. Chris sold me a credit card and while I should have been given paper work to confirm the terms, I was not provided with such paperwork and learned that at the end of the promotional period that a balloon payment occurs with the bank. This is fine since I agreed but they use bait and switch tactics and are unwilling to help when you learn about it on the back end. Chris has poor customer service, is unwilling to help and you should purchase elsewhere as they use preditorial sales practices.
One stop shop! Chris the store manager was our sleep expert. He was friendly and knowledgeable with 7+ years experience. He asked quality consultative questions about sleep and fit us for the right mattress for our needs! We get 120 nights to make sure it works for us. We are so excited to get our new bed with all new luxury bedding to keep us sleeping cool 😎 Definitely go to this location and ask for Chris!!
Wow! Just WOW! A true sleep expert! Seriously, if you're looking for someone who actually knows what they're talking about when it comes to sleep and mattresses, go see store manager, Chris.
