Bought a bed, slept on it for 2 months, hated it so used their guarantee exchange policy. The salesman wasn't overly accommodating at first. We left to look at other stores but ultimately returned. Salesman was much nicer this time and we were even able to "barter" the additional price down since we exchanged for a much nicer bed. Delivered next day.
