I took my daughter to buy her first mattress and we had a great experience with Stephanie. She was so patient as my daughter was trying to decide on which one to buy. Stephanie was really good at explaining the details on the product and going over the loan information. I highly recommend her and Mattress Firm!
The staff was very helpful and worked to give us good pricing on a premium TempurPedic set up. I can attest that Mattress Firm means what they say with their satisfaction guarantee. I hated to ask, but we purchased a mattress too firm for our liking and they swapped it for a different one of our choosing (equal value) without fuss, fees, or paperwork. And they swapped it the NEXT day. Pretty impressive.
Stephanie Rose did a great job explaining the different types and styles available. Gave us the best deal on our choice of Beauty Rest.
