Tommy was very knowledgeable about the Firm Stearns and Foster mattress that my husband and I purchased. He answered all questions plus gave us much more information about the mattress. The delivery drivers came by right on time They were able to take the mattress right up The flights of stairs, Sorry for the walk up, put on booties and We're very nice. I am not very healthy and my wife was at work. We had had the bedframe delivered, but it only gotten into the apartment that day moving in from Utah.
