Very positive experience. Lance helped my husband and I out with choosing a new mattress and adjustable bed frame. He was very patient and obviously knew his product range very well.

We walked into the Store and was met with a cheerful welcome from the Manager first before trying to sell us a product. Once we were at ease, we told the Manager what we wanted and he guided us to the product we wanted, best experience!
Hany was very helpful and knew alot about mattresses. He had us test a bunch of mattresses and let us lay for awhile before coming back to ask questions about how we were doing.
