Went to the Mattress Firm in Watsonville and was helped by Robert. We had an issue with our mattress and he explained how to go about the warranty process. He also showed us different mattresses we could try if we wanted something different after our warranty processed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Joanne helped me buy a water proof topper for my bed. She showed me the type of mattress that I will be looking to buy sometime this year. She was very informative on the mattress I will be looking to buy. She also let me know that there are more on-line that I could look at. If I find one I like, take a picture of the name and bring it in. Joanne will get it ordered for me. Great place in Watsonville.
