Horrible!!! I was given the runaround trying to purchase a mattress listed in their 72-Hour sale ad. Went to store and was told the they couldn't ring up sale price on register. I also sent multiple emails and voice messages. All were ignored. Lucky for me I found a better mattress at a better price online from Bed Bath & Beyond. I wouldn't recommend MattressFirm to anyone! And I am buying 3 additional mattresses. You lose MattressFirm.
