I had a great third experience at Mattress Firm today. The associate was so helpful, finding exactly what I needed and staying within my budget. He also was very clear explaining the terms of the special. I appreciate the kindness and transparency. I definitely recommend this location.
I've worked with them a few times and have never been anything but satisfied. They offer the service we used to expect from local shops and have come to miss in many chain stores nowadays. In particular the manager, David, is outstanding. He should be promoted to the big leagues!
