Our customer service rep, Nakeesha, was one of the best we’ve ever encountered when shopping for a big ticket item. She was not just knowledgeable, but warm, welcoming and a great sense of humor along with her friendliness. No pressure to purchase but with her listening skills she found the perfect bed for us.
