I’ve bought 2 mattresses from them over the years. The last one I bought was from Randy Strickland ( he trained at their Sleep Study School) and he did a terrific job with educating me about certain types, pricing, I tried out many options in my budget. They have a wide range of options and price ranges to choose from. He even delivered it to my new place because I was needing one before I could get on their delivery schedule.
My experience at Mattress Firm was amazing. Steven had excellent customer service, he was very knowledgeable about each mattress and was very helpful at giving me advice on which mattress would work for me. Steven was patient with me when it came to picking out a mattress for me and my mother he allowed me to try several different beds to see which one best fits me.
