Tammy at Mattress Firm went above and beyond are expectations. Taking the time to listen to all of our concerns to make sure we got the perfect mattress. She pointed out the positives, and the negatives, of each mattress we looked at until we found exactly want we were looking for. Thank you to all the staff for all your help.
Excellent above average customer service
I had a few minutes to shop for a new mattress and was able to find a comfortable bed at a fair price within my short time frame. The salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He was able to schedule delivery to take place in a couple of days and throughly explained the delivery process and provided me with a way to track it. It was a seamless process from shopping to delivery.
I made a mistake and bought the wrong mattress. the volvo location was very helpful. Kayla was an energetic helpful blast of fun! she made sure I got what i needed, all questions answered and all issues resolved!!! Thank youu!!!!
