The empty parking lot and show room should be a hint that this is not a place anyone wants to do business. Walked in and was not even greeted and had to find the woman sitting in the farthest back corner of the building who did not even stand up when we spoke. Not sure how a place like this sells even one mattress in a month, but hey I guess even a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally. Don't even waste your time!!!

I purchased my mattress in late September and was told about their great exchange policy. Had initial problems with their delivery - with wrong dates and failing to credit my delivery fee as promised. When I tried to exchange within the 20 days, I was given different prices where I would have to pay more than my original purchase even with a downgrade!
