We had a great experience at Mattress Firm First Colony. Maverick has great knowledge on the mattresses and he was very patient. He answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with our purchase.
We’ve been to this store twice and dealt with Maverik both times. He is VERY helpful, knowledgeable with mattresses, patient and not pushy. We went to a few other stores and decided to go back and buy from him for this very reason. Daniel was also kind and helpful too. The best reason for purchasing from Mattress Firm is due to the fact that if you are not fully happy with the mattress, you can trade it in for another one (within time-frame) instead of losing all your money. The sales associate was Maverick (League City Tx.) He was professional & took the time to explain product knowledge. We kept him working on Thanksgiving eve after closing time and he remained professional, never rushed us into making a decision. EXCELLENT SALES MAN!
