Mark, the manager had the highest standards in customer service. Got a terrific deal, and when things weren’t quite right after delivery, Mark fixed it right away. At first I thought the 4.9 stars were overrated, but this store lives up to that rating. BL: I’m going back to that Specific store again for my next mattress, even if it is out of my way. I usually don’t take these surveys unless it is really good or really bad. In this case, I was very satisfied with Mark customer service.
GWe were greeted warmly by both employees upon entering and then Mark helped us pick out a new mattress it was quick easy and painless, he really listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on any specific brands. Communication was great and we got everything we wanted for a fair price! Definitely a positive experience, if you go in ask for Mark!
Mark was exceptional !
