Bought a $1300 mattress, and 10 years guaranteed. But second year the mattress already mess up . I feel like I sleep in the hole if I sleep on the middle of the bed . My Son was on his way for a visit from the Navy and I had gotten rid of his 10 year old bed. I had 2 days to get a new one with a small budget to work with. That's when I met Kyle. I explained the situation and he made it happen, even down to the part about him wanting to feel like he was sleeping on a cloud...lol. Guess what? The next day the bed was delivered and set up with hours to spare before my son's arrival. No high pressure sales either. I came in stressing and left with a smile. Thanks Kyle
