Never again will I use them. Had such a problem with delivery. Literally had the replacement mattress in my Apt but took it away to get authorization from someone at the warehouse. Their problem not mine but it became my problem as I didn’t get the mattress that day as scheduled Then had to reschedule the Appointment days later once warehouse manager approved delivery. Then they wanted me to pay for the delivery and mattress when it was already agreed to be delivered free of charge and was under warranty. It was a nightmare.... read more

Dylan was very knowledgeable and attentive. I chose the bed I wanted but had to run to meet someone for dinner before I could checkout. Dylan texted me a receipt and a payment link. He made everything so simple so I could buy the bed and have a great dinner. By the way, this is my 2nd Tempurpedic mattress. I bought my current one 23 years ago.

Dylan was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very patient while I worked to make the right decision. I never felt rushed or pressured

Sleezy people. I bought a mattress awhile ago and what they delivered was not the same size .. sent me full instead of Queen.. and not as firm as the floor sample. Another time I went back to inquire about a mattress for a family member and the salesman was pushing to sell me a "slightly used"... Ugh .. there are other options for mattresses... don't buy from these guys.
