Peter at the Sarasota store was exceptionally helpful. He understands the importance of providing excellence in customer service and delivered just that. He was quick and efficient and helped us get our order taken care of right away. Gold standards in serving customers is a rarity today. Peter deserves an A+++ for his efforts.
Sam was above and beyond helpful, knowledgeable and kind from the very first contact. He is the reason I didn’t even look anywhere else. He showed us the different mattresses and explained them one by one. He answered all our questions and we bought a super comfortable one, fitting our budget. He walked us through the delivery process and assured us that they will accommodate our schedule. I can hardly recommend this store to anyone who needs to buy a mattress.
The 2 gentlemen that delivered my bed were wonderful. They were courteous and very professional. They even took the time to see if I had any questions. They were both very polite.
