My overall experience was pretty good. Our salesman was knowledgeable and understanding. There was a small misquote that when it was discovered, the salesman and the manager made a decision on how to reconcile the issue. Good job on problem solving. NINO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ADJUSTABLE BEDS. HE NEVER PUT PRESSURE ON ME TO PURCHASE ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT I FELT WAS BEST FOR MY BODY. I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE KNOWING THAT THE DECISION WAS MINE ALONE KNOWING ALL THE DIFFERENT STYLES AND MATERIAL TYPES. NINO IS VERY PLEASANT AND EASYGOING AND HAS A GREAT RELAXING PERSONALITY. I WOULD RECOMMEND MATTRESS FIRM FOR YOUR NEW MATTRESS AND NINO.
