We were lucky enough to be helped by Eric, who did did an exceptional job of showing us around the floor and guiding us through the process. He provided us with great information and was actively invested in our needs versus trying to upsell. A real, solid and professional salesperson that genuinely wanted us to walk away happy - and we did! I would readily recommend buying a mattress from here. Absolutely fantastic experience all around!
Our salesman really knew his products. He was helpful and answered all of our concerns. He made sure we got the best price for what we needed. He was alone in the store but was able to help others while giving us a chance to decide. He treated all the customers with respect.
