Tried to order a box spring to be delivered 3 times. First time, they fail to send the payment link, I call back a day later, they said they would send the payment link. It wasn't sent. Third time, the person was the only one in the store and could not help me. I know they got my email and number correct because they sent me an order receipt. The issue here is I dealt with a different person each time and 2 of them got it wrong and the third one was too busy. They only have one person covering the store so, good luck.
Braxston hooked me up with a guest bed for my mom and gave me the best deal on mattress protectors for my new bed and my current one. He was happy to accommodate my needs and answered all my questions with ease. Very relaxed not salesy or pushy. Just a great help. I will be back! Thank you Braxston. Call ahead because he jumps around to many stores in the area!
Amazing! First time buying a mattress but the employees were so helpful and explained everything from spring densities, the benefits, to how the cooling stuff would work. They were very attentive and listened to my concerns and pointed me at a mattress I needed not just more expensive. I can't overstate how kind, knowledgeable, and caring they were! Zachary and his coworker were amazing and I'll definitely be telling everyone that Mattress Firm is the way to go
