Benjamin at Mattress Firm in Tumwater was fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great way of simplifying all the technical details so they’re easy to understand. He really listened to what I was looking for and gave tailored advice instead of just trying to make a sale. He was patient, helpful, and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. Benjamin turned what could have been an overwhelming decision into a great bed-buying experience. I highly recommend working with him!
Benjamin is the absolute best! Super knowledgeable and very nice. He gave us a lot of great information and options and we’re so excited for future good sleep for many years to come. Thank you so much!
My mother did not plan to by a bed, but after working with Deven who took his time and answered all mom questions. She walked away smiling and pleased with the service Deven gave us. Thank you Deven for making my mother feel seen. Ms. Lee

Our bed frame was damaged and there were some warranty issues that had to be resolved. Everyone at the Lacey store were very professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you Alexander, Dre, Benjamin, and Deven. They made sure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction.
