Hello - Gelic did a great sales job directing me to the type of mattress that I was looking for. She also informed me of available accessories. The delivery team was efficient in taking out the old mattress and bringing in the new. They also wore booties to protect my carpet and floor. It was a very smooth experience and the mattress is perfect!
