I had an outstanding experience at Mattress Firm in Towson thanks to Tatyana, the store manager. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Great mattress buying experience!! I stopped by Towson store to just look and ended up buying a whole king set. Tatyana, the store manager, was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to clearly explain the manufacturing differences and pricing which helped to find a great mattress fit. Tatyana also stayed LATE to allow me to complete the sale for quicker delivery!!
