The service I received was excellent. Tatyana was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable in the different selections that were offered. This was my first purchase of an adjustable bed. I am very pleased with the results.
Great experience. Perfect balance of being able to look around on our own and try out different mattresses combined with information and education from the sales manager. Tatyana, who guided us to what we feel is the perfect mattress and bed frame solution for our needs, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable of product lines, very helpful in explaining different kinds of set ups, very personable. The saleslady was excellent. She asked pertinent questions. Worked hard to stay in our budget. Showed us several different options based on our answers. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend her.
Tatyana was so great and patient and we never felt hounded with her as you can often feel. She lovely and we just chatted away. We bought 1 bed and will be buying another shortly. Seek her out if you just feel you want someone who doesn’t feel like a used car salesman and is knowledgeable about the product where you can carry on an informed conversation about your purchase.
