Wonderful!! I am very happy that I got my dreams mattress. Thanks to Christofer, he explained to me in details the differences mattress, bases, pillows and mattress covers types. Wonderful purchasing experience. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I left feeling very satisfied with what I had purchased. The salesperson was so friendly, patient and helpful, I didn't feel at all pressured.
Kaylin and Priscilla were AMAZING! They answered every question we had and were very knowledgeable. Priscilla even walked us through the TempurPedic sleep app since we were considering a base that came with the sleep monitoring feature. This was a big purchase, and they gave us time to really think it through with no annoying sales pitches and no pressure.
James helped me pick out a bed for my wife and I and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me pick something in my budget that would give me the best bang for my buck. I met him yesterday at another store but planned to buy the next day. When he told me he would be at a different location the next day, I went there specifically for him. Thanks James!
