We just went to Mattress Firm yesterday and had Enis and let me tell you what that fella DEFINITELY knows his products and customer service! He asked us lots of questions and LISTENED to what our concerns were with the problems we have with our bed and body's sleeping currently. He never once pressured us and gave us all the options available. He gave us his recommendations based on what we wanted. I was thrilled with my experience! Janessa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, personable, & not pushy at all. She went above & beyond to make sure we got the best value & let us take our time making our decision (that we were not expecting to make that day as it is haha). The selection was wonderful and was by far the easiest & most comfortable shopping experience I had out of all the places I went to. So thankful!
