Mattress Firm Service experience was great and very professional, kind and very courteous. The whole process was very pleasant. The details were explained step by step. i was able to walk and feel the merchandise. I didnot feel like i was pressured into a sale.In overall it was an excellent and great outcome of sales. I appreciated my representative (Mrs Binas)

My girlfriend and I came in to the store with the mindset that we were going to just purchase a new mattress. When we arrived, we were greeted by Tina who was a pleasure to work with. Tina helped to address all of our needs and gave us different options to choose from. We did not feel rushed and were able to take our time and try out several mattresses and pillows. Tina was very kind and made our experience easy and comfortable. We look forward to our new bed and highly recommend working with Tina.
