What a nice experience. Not what I was expecting. I received more information than I had anticipated. Kat was incredibly patient with how many questions and to what detail I inquired them. Further more I came back with questions on the mattress I received and decided to change mattress. Kat has been so patient and incredibly helpful.
Cora did a great job educating us about which mattress would work best for us. Thank you so much Cora! Also, a couple weeks ago we bought new pillows and Kat helped me figure out which ones would my wife would like!
Excellent service by Cora and Kat. They bent over backwards to help us make a solid choice. Both are an asset to this business and they deserve a bonus or raise for such excellent customer service.
I purchased a mattress from them and, with the 120 night trial, found both the original mattress I purchased (TemperPedic was too hard) and second mattress (Purple left imprints and pain in my hips) and needed to find a mattress that worked. I was able to, thanks to Cora and the team who supports her, return the second mattress and find a choice that supports me much better. I appreciate the customer service and support in finding a mattress that works and the care Cora provided. Great team here!
