She took the time to explain how the mattress was made, what material was used, and even shared a bit about the company itself. I was really impressed by her knowledge, she clearly knows her stuff! On top of that, she was kind and patient throughout the entire process. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful and professional person. She made my experience a great one!
Michelle was awesome to work with. Her background in the medical field became very apparent when really diving into the issues I was having with alignment. Her experience in the field cannot be understated. And to top it off, she has the most charismatic personality that anyone could hope for when searching for something as “boring” as a mattress. I would highly recommend working with her!
