Chris was very kind and patient with us, we weren’t exactly sure what we were looking for but he made it easy for us to find the right mattress and adjustable base.
Worked with us to find two different mattresses and adjustable frames to fit our needs, at the best price possible.
I had such a great experience purchasing my mattress from David at the Rim. He was very patient in listening to what I was looking for and showing me all the available options. He answered all of my questions- and there were many! I came back late after work the following day after mulling it all over and he stayed late to complete my transaction. David made me feel valued as a customer and I felt great with my purchase!
