Pat is rude as hell. I couldn't believe how unhelpful someone could be. Had to order a different frame because the first one was bent and now telling me they can't help me till Tuesday when the techs bent the second one as well as broke the motor and broke my first one which we tried to get back before they broke that too by tossing onto the truck (but that one could at least go up, I needed that since I'm PREGNANT)? I'll be taking this further with a district manager. But I honestly can't believe how disgusting I was treate... read more

Melissa did an absolutely great job! As someone who is getting married in two weeks, the mattress buying process seemed daunting. Melissa walked us through all of the different mattress options and bases and we were able to walk away with our new purchase and delivery scheduled.
