I shopped at Mattress Firm with a mission for new pillows. The sales consultant listened to what I was trying to achieve and recommended 2 types of pillows. After trying both a made my purchase and waiting for delivery. My sales person who helped me is Fortune, she is knowledgeable about her products, friendly, considerate and did not push me or persuade me in either direction.
