I spoke with Ms. Mellisa at the Newport News store location and she helped me and wife with information about purchasing mattresses. She did a great job and informed us on what was best for our purchase. Great job, I am happy with the selection and purchase I am happy and ready to sleep with more comfort in the future.
Patrick was our sales person, and he was wonderful to work with. He walked us through the types of beds (one mattress, split mattress, etc.), the types of bases and finally the different mattress. Had a great buying experience with Melissa! She didn’t give me the “car sales person” speech. She was extremely knowledgeable about the bed I was interested in and she gave me other options for other beds. After I picked the bed, the whole process took just under a half hour. She texted me after my purchase to thank me for the purchase. Delivery was FAST. I purchased the bed on a Friday afternoon and the bed was delivered Sunday morning.
