The customer service was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable on the differences between types of mattress and what each type offered. If I mentio ed a mattress that was not in the store, The customer service Rep knew enough to refer me to an example which would be comparable to what I was looking for.
Brian was great! He helped us find the right mattress for a good price. I will definitely be back for another purchase.
I’m sitting at this Stonecrest store and been waiting for them to open and no one is here. It’s 10:20 am very concerning when you’re looking to purchase. Been here since 9:55am , MATTRESS FIRM Stonecrest you missed an good sell opportunity 🤷♀️
