I went in to Mattress Firm in Stonehill last week to buy a mattress. They delivered it yesterday and it was not what I wanted at all! I went back in today and was helped by Tre. He was so understanding, helpful, and attentive. He gladly did everything to make things right. I haven't been taken care of like that in a very long time.
