Michael at the Mattress Firm in Stone Hill was awesome to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and helped me find the right mattress for my needs. He was able to save me money with manager discounts, gave me free setup and haul away, and even included two Tempur-Pedic pillows. we went in looking for mattress for a new apartment, and Michael was so nice and generous. He helped us and explained everything so we can go ahead and get the best one for us. We were lucky to get the one that we wanted with a very good price! We never went to a sales place or a mattress place with this much welcoming and wonderful customer service and if you're a person who is looking for a mattresses or pillows, I would highly recommend going to this location!

The woman who helped me was so kind and patient I'm 91 yrs old she explained everything about the beds I was interested in and had me try and compare them. Great service no high pressure.
