My experience here was mediocre. I did buy a mattress, but the process was not pleasant. I speak with an accent, and both me and my child noticed that they frequently ignored me and spoke to my child instead. On top of that, the salesperson did not seem knowledgeable about the products and spent too much time searching for basic information on the computer. Because if that we lost a lot of time at the store. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and not enjoyable.
Christy and Jim were incredibly helpful! They were friendly and accommodating with our needs for a soft but supportive mattress. This store has a great selection and even better sales staff.
