The salesman I dealt with, Chris, was incredibly knowledgeable; patient, and friendly. While we came into the store later in the day, Chris stayed and answered all questions and never once seemed to be hurrying us. I had previously looked for mattresses at Macy’s and the salesman there didn’t ask any questions and knew very little about their products. If you go to Mattress Firm on High Ridge Road, ask for Chris!
Miguel was awesome and spent time with me to try different mattresses for my comfort and options for purchase which was so wonderful. He was very helpful to me as I have some brain, back and hearing issues.
Chris and Miguel are an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. I feel very confident in my purchase and look forward to my new mattress.
