We purchased a mattress on President’s Day because of the sale. The store was crowded - three sets of customers- and only one sales associate. Even though he was working solo, Eric took care of each customer. He thoughtfully rotated between us, giving us the information needed and time to think about it. We had to leave because of dinner reservations, and Eric offered to put the sale together digitally and send it to us to complete online so we didn’t have to come back to the store. Great experience. Eric was very helpful in explaining the features of various mattresses throughout the store and was generous in laying out a President's Day sale package that was hard to refuse. I highly recommend shopping the Mattress Firm location by the Dayton Mall.
