Ken at Mattress Firm was great to work with! He was so patient with us while we trialed nearly every mattress in the store and recommended based off of quality not necessarily price which is always appreciated as a customer! We would certainly work with him again and appreciate all of his help in finding the perfect fit for us!
Ken was most helpful! He listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out a mattress that he thought would best match what I wanted and what I could afford. He helped me get signed up with financing for the mattress. He helped me with questions that I had for the delivery.
