Ken was a very polite and knowledgeable sales person. We had specific needs and he did a great job showing different mattresses that fit our style. We will definitely shop here again
Ordered a full size mattress which came with a frame. I had to also purchase a kit for the headboard to attach to the frame. The frame itself is easy to assemble. The huge issue is that for some reason 2 bolts came screwed in very tight on the frame which are not used for anything other than if you want to attach a headboard. With this being said you have to take off these bolts, then attach the headboard extender, then screw on these bolts. One side will not come off. No one in my family could get it off. Ordered a full mattress and it came with an adjustable base. Only problem is that the base has 2 bolts screwed in where’s the headboard needs to attach. Instructions state to remove the bolts then attach the headboard extenders with those same blues on the same spot. The bolts were on so tight that no one in my family could get one of them off.
