Our second purchase at this store. Sales Associates are always knowledgeable which really helps narrow down the decision process.
Bought $3400 bed with a 10 warranty. 5 yrs later base quit working. I will NEVER buy from Matters Firm again. Warranty took 2 days on the phone, no help from the store. Very unhappy customer.
