Caroline was the absolute best! She was so nice and very conscious of our budget. We got exactly what we wanted. This was a great experience and never did it feel like we were just being sold something we couldn't afford.

I spoke with Edmundo about mattresses & mattress encasements as We had bedbugs! He was informative. Although My husband wanted to buy a Doctors Choice mattress elsewhere, We Returned to Mattress Firm to buy encasements.
