We bought Purple pillows from here. They were not the right size for us and didn’t work for me and my husband. Although I had an issue that we weren’t told about the return policy to begin with (which differs from Purple direct), and ran into problems with it initially, the manager/owner was able to help us out. I appreciate the quick response and dedication to helping us find the right pillow for us. Thank you! Just a heads up to all, make sure you check the policies.
