I called Mattress Firm to see if they had a particular Nectar brand mattress in stock since I had guests coming and the one I ordered online was lost by FedEx. Karina quickly searched the inventory, called me back, sent me the links to process and pay for the order and emailed the warehouse to let them know I was coming to pick it up all within hours. Greg was engaging and on point without trying to up sell or make a quota. He asked meticulous leading questions to understand what were looking for. We really dropped in on a whim to compare a costco mattress. We learned a lot more than about what was right for my wife and I, who have different priorities. Greg helped us in plain comparisons of whats available that fit our needs. We came back three days later decided on what mattress was for us!
