Chase was amazing! Rather than push for a sale, he took his time educating us on the different options and benefits of each mattress. We never felt rushed to make a choice, and or pressured to make a purchase at all. We even left and came back before buying. We appreciate his approach and he’s made us a big fan of him and mattress firm! Can’t WAIT for our new mattress to be delivered!

We had all of our questions answered and were able to make a decision on the mattress that was best for us. Everything was explained to us from adjustable bases to the warranty opportunity and what to expect with delivery.
