Chase is the most knowledgeable sales associate I’ve encountered in a long time. He knows the inventory and assisted me on purchasing the best quality mattress in my price range. I went in with a good idea of what I wanted to purchase. That particular product was not on the showroom floor for me to test. Excellent. Chase V was knowledgeable and super helpful! A great experience.
Greg was awesome. Very knowledgeable and he provided me with all of the information I needed to be able to choose the right mattress for me. It was refreshing to work with a salesperson who was attentive but not overly aggressive.
Both times we visited the Mattress Firm store, we were helped by Chase. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Chase is terrific!
