We came in for a softer mattress and were strongly talked into choosing the medium by the staff after sleeping on it for a couple months we still wanted the soft and now it is very discouraging that we have to pay $260 for a delivery fee, on top of what we already are paying to get the product that we wanted in the first place not to mention the hassle of having to get it returned and new one delivered. Not very pleased about that….
