Order placed 11 months ago realized was wrong bed. Brittany helped in getting a replacement as best as she could. Very considerate of the issue.
I purchased a expensive adjustable mattress the July 4th weekend. The salesman Taylor Ware was personable and extremely knowledgeable in guiding me to choose the perfect mattress for my sleep type. I had concerns with the delivery that I reported through the company chat room. My concerns were not addressed until I got Mr. Ware involved. He was helpful both before and after the purchase. Not only did I get a great mattress, I am confident the salesman took a personal interest with my satisfaction and purchasing experience.
