I have had a great experience using Mattress Firm. My time in the store was not rushed and Vic was very helpful matching split mattresses. He was also super knowledgeable about the various brands and application process. I ended up using their exchange policy and switching mattresses during my trial period and the switch went very smoothly. The whole process was much easier than expected!
