My lady took me to surprise me by buying me a mattress for my birthday. We made only one stop at Mattress Firm in South Elgin. We dealt with the sales person Eric. After the sale was completed, we asked him to show us where is the 10 year warranty in the documentation he provided us that the mattress has. He continued to say he didn’t know but kept saying it and will not provide any written documentation. He kept saying “ I don’t know, I don’t know” and was getting agitated and inpatient. Leo was extremely unhelpful when I went in to purchase a mattress, and he lies when he says you can take a nap on the beds to test them out. I'd avoid this business like the plague. Horrendous customer service!
