I wanted to add that I have worked with Sharell twice now and she is amazing! She is very honest and gave me information on some great mattresses that weren't crazy expensive and we love them. I went back to her recently and she helped me again. I need to get some box springs and I will be calling Sharell again as she has given me excellent customer service, she is professional, and she has always had a great attitude. I would recommend Sharell and Mattress Firm to everyone!
My mattress was delivered in damaged packaging, and the corners of the mattress itself were ripped. I called and Ron was very helpful in arranging a replacement mattress. When Gordon came to deliver the mattress and take the damaged one, he took pictures of the damage and confirmed it looked like it had been dragged on the concrete outside.
