I went in earlier this week and put a deposit down on a mattress to reserve at sale price. In person they were super nice. Ended up changing my mind as the mattress was realistically a little out of budget as a collage student. Called and got my refund in literally 2 minutes, no questions or hassle at all. Wouldn't hesitate to come back in a few years when I am ready to buy a more long term mattress.
