So apparently if your matress has normal stains because I am human they will not grant the warranty for new matress and Box spring, after 30 min with customer service 🤔 once I ended the call I got this nausea feeling that matress firm is reselling used matress ( matress retail) i will never purchase from this company ever again and trust me I will further investigate this is not fair after paying almost 1500
Aaron is the most patient sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. My toddler was having a meltdown in the store, making it very difficult for us to focus on the purchase. Aaron just let us take our time and even offered us water to help cool and calm done the baby. We got the bed we wanted, and delivery date we needed! Revisit this store again. Wilmer was great. Needed a mattress ASAP. I was able to get the mattress same day. He made sure a nearby store had it ready for me right when I got there. Love this location.
