Bobby was very knowledgeable about the matterss business. He took his time to find the correct mattress for my back problem. I will gladly send anyone I lnow needing a mattress to him, knowing that they will get exceptionl service.
I was in a hurry and they got me in and out within 45 min. Was no pressure. Didn't try to upsale me. Gave me exactly what I needed. Thanks! ;)
The guy that helped us out was very professional and knowledgeable. He really helped us pick the right mattress. With out trying to up sell us. The only complaint I have is that it’s taking them a week and a half to get it delivered. Other then that we loved the service
At first I wasn't sure if I was walking into a UFC Arena or Mattress Store. What are you feeding your salesmen? I had a really great experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and the checkout was quick and easy.
