Trinity was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the purchase of our king mattress. We strongly recommend working with her. The store however is in desperate need of remodeling.

It’s rare in this day and age to find people who are both extremely knowledgeable about their product, and excellent and listening to people’s needs. I’m not someone who leaves reviews often, but Mattress Firm has a real gem in her and is super lucky to have her.
