After extensive mattress shopping (2 months and 5 stores) I returned to Mattress Firm in shorewood for two reasons. First because Alicja was so knowledgeable and helpful without the pressure I got at other places. And second because this location had a great selection and I was able to find exactly the comfort level and type mattress I wanted. I will be coming to see Alicja again soon for our guest room next.
First time buying a brand new bed Got the best 4th of July deal. Im so happy. With the help of Mattress Firm staff member, totally professional ,helped me figure out what's best for me. Got it done. Im so sorry I forgot his name. Never was good w names. I will recommend Mattress firm on 59 n Black rd in Shorewood. I was in n out in less then a hour. Thanks You foe everything. .
